Dr. Mario Hood is the Lead Pastor at Church on The Living Edge in Orlando, Florida, where he has served on staff since 2010. He earned a Doctorate in Leadership and Global Perspectives from Portland Seminary and is the author of Sailing Together: Shaping the Future with the Emerging Generation — where he lays out a Spirit-led Paracletic Leadership Framework.

In addition to his pastoral duties, Dr. Mario is involved in the academic realm as a Project Faculty member at Portland Seminary in Portland, OR, and an Adjunct Professor at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.

Through Leaders Seminary, Dr. Mario offers keynote speaking, leadership coaching, and certified assessments — helping churches and organizations move from confusion to clarity, and from maintenance to multiplication.
